Annual General Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Childreach will be held on at 1366 Huron Street on Wednesday, June 11 at 6 p.m., for the purpose of:

·         Receiving and considering the Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 and the report of the auditors thereon;

·         Electing directors;

·         Appointing auditors; and

·         Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
