Wild Child: Take some ice on a walk

Do you remember kicking pieces of ice along the sidewalk as a child? Today head out for a walk around your area and kick a piece of ice along as your walk. Notice the sound, how it moves, how it feels on your foot.

Have fun, laugh and make this acitivity your own.

Who can keep their piece of ice moving along for the longest? What’s the smallest piece of ice you can keep going? Can you work together to keep a piece of ice moving for your entire walk?

If you try this idea or any of our icy adventure , please share your experience with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram! Tag us and inspire others to head outside and find joy in the winter.
